CartArmor collects minimal data necessary to operate the app:
Your store domain, plan, and contact email provided by Shopify during installation.
Your offer settings: selected product or variant, price, copy, and style choices.
Aggregate offer performance, such as accepted-order count, add-on revenue, and attach rate.
Messages you send us when you contact support.
We do not collect customer personal information. CartArmor does not read or store your customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details.
Display your configured offer in the cart and record whether it was accepted.
Understand aggregate usage patterns and fix issues.
Respond to support requests and send essential service notices.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required for Shopify platform integration, legal compliance, or with service providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
Configuration and performance data is retained while the app is installed.
Store data is deleted within 30 days of uninstall, in line with Shopify's mandatory data webhooks.
Aggregated, de-identified metrics may be retained for product improvement.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your store's data at any time by contacting support@cartarmor.app. We also honor Shopify's mandatory GDPR data webhooks for customer and shop data requests.
